Evening Courses
Co. Cavan VEC offers a broad range of part-time evening courses. Some are designed to provide you with an opportunity for continuous professional development, while enrolments on other courses are motivated more by personal interest and a desire for self-development.
A number of short courses, approx. 6-8 weeks in duration, are held in centres throughout the county. These courses extend across a wide range of areas, including Introduction to Computers, ECDL, Reflexology, Make-up and Hairstyling, Spanish for Beginners, Guitar, Accordion, Banjo, French, Dog Grooming, Ballroom Dancing, Cake Icing & Decorating, Horticulture, Amateur Radio, Curtain Making, Better Interview Skills, Accounts for Small Businesses, Furniture Making, plus many more. Evening courses take place typically one evening per week and are usually 2 to 3 hours in duration each evening. The cost of each course is set at a level to ensure accessible education of the highest quality for all. Courses run subject to demand.

Enrolment evenings will also be held in a select number of locations and these sessions are advertised in local press.

How to Enrol:

Enrolment will be open soon for courses running during the Autumn 2012 term.
FEES:
(i) Fees are outlined beside courses
(ii) We accept laser and credit card payment online, and cash or payment by cheque at enrolment.
(iii) No person may attend a course without payment of the fee.
(iv) Fees are non-returnable after issue of receipt provided the course starts
(v) Co Cavan VEC reserves the right to change any or all of the course offered, or the conditions under which the courses are offered.
Please note that learners will be expected to bear the cost of materials where such arise.
