QQI Level 4 Menu Planning and International Cuisine

Aim of Course
The Menu Planning aspect will assist learners to explore the
nutritional, religious, ethnic factors that inform  balanced menu
planning.
The International Cuisines will assist learners with knowledge
skills competence to prepare authentic dishes from a range
of world cuisines, under supervision.

There is a one off charge of €25 for this course.
